About Window Hero Fort Worth

Window Hero Fort Worth is a locally owned and operated exterior cleaning company that specializes in making residential and commercial properties shine again. While we have all the traditional tools and methods in our toolbox, what makes us different is our drone which cleans buildings up to 15 stories tall. With the drone, we keep humans safe and clean buildings and windows faster and more cost-effectively than traditional high-rise methods.

Team Member Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):

Responsibility 1 - Preparation:1. Keeping truck cleaned, organized, stocked and maintained
2. Keeping a clean batch of towels ready for each day
3. Looking through your day’s work in advance and make sure you plan for drive time and
get the needed supplies
4. Be mentally and physically prepared for a full day’s work
5. Show up prior to the scheduled departure time
6. Bring Window Cleaning tools with you every day
7. Reach out to manager or owner when needed to assure all supplies are in truck prior to
day’s work as well as notifying him when moving equipment from trucks

Responsibility 2 - Quality Work:
1. Responsible for the quality of the entire crew’s work
2. Be conscious of surrounding areas. Confirm that furniture and landscaping is put back
in place and left better than how we found it
3. Be thorough in all aspects of cleaning. Be a stickler on the details (window sills,
checking downspouts, drips on floor, leaves in bushes, etc)
4. Do it the right way even if it takes longer
5. Conduct a quality check at the end of every job

Responsibility 3 - Customer Service:
1. Taking initiative to create a great experience for the customer
2. Calling every customer 30 minutes in advance and leave voicemail (no exceptions)
3. Calling customer well in advance if you are running late or think you may show up at the
back half of the arrival window or missed the arrival window entirely
4. Explain to each customer the process and why we use it
5. Addressing any potential issues with customers immediately
6. Calling owner or manager when unsure of pricing or to get clarity on work order
7. Calling customer if they are not home to go over what was done
8. Maintain average 9/10 quality score for customer experience.
9. Inform every customer about Hero Club and other recommended services

Responsibility 4 - Production:
1. Meet daily & weekly production goals
2. It is the determination of General Manager to establish fair production goals for different
scenarios & crews

Responsibility 5 - Influencing Culture:
1. Influencing the culture of the company in a positive way
2. Being upbeat and positive, avoid complaining
3. Treating all team members with respect
4. Setting example with uniform code, being on time

Responsibility 6 - Hours of Work:
1. Normal hours of work are Monday-Friday 7:45am-5:00pm

2. Full time is assumed but not guaranteed.

3. Occasional overtime and/or Saturday work may be required

Other Important Things to Know:

· Prior experience washing windows or pressure washing is REQUIRED

· Great customer service skills are essential

· Requires a good driving record

· A background check is required

· Must qualify for and be able to pass FAA Section 107 certification to operate a drone

· Must be comfortable climbing ladders, working outside, and be able to carry equipment up to 50lbs

This franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee. Your application will go directly to the franchisee, and all hiring decisions will be made by the management of this franchisee. All inquiries about employment at this franchisee should be made directly to the franchise location.

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

Experience:

• Window Cleaning or Pressure Washing: 1 year (Required)
