What You’ll Actually Do
- Answer inbound calls from new or existing customers
- Provide quotes and close the sale
- Schedule services for window cleaning, pressure washing, gutters, and holiday lights
- Manage callbacks, delays, and technician communication
- Enter and maintain data in our point-of-sale system
- Educate customers on additional services and upsell when appropriate
- Make outbound reminder calls
- Manage email, text campaigns, and light marketing tasks
- Support the owner with seasonal needs and daily operations
