Full time, M-F 7:30am-4:00pm, pay based on experience, benefits, vehicle provided, no prior work experience necessary.

- No experience necessary but prior experience in any of our service categories is a plus.
- Paid bonus for completed training period or previous experience
- Paid safety and service training via the Window Genie Way
- Drive a fully equipped company vehicle to do your job
- Earn up to $18-$25 per hour
- Weekly and monthly bonus incentives

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Have a passion to provide high quality home services and a top-notch customer experience for our customers
- Care about your career to include your teammates, customers, and company
- Maintain a high level of integrity and focus when providing services to our customers
- Keep company vehicle and equipment properly maintained, clean, and in good working order and condition
- Core competencies in all 5 of our basic service categories
- Highly effective communication to both customers and fellow employees
- Physical ability to lift and work on a variety of ladders including step ladders, stack ladders, telescopic ladders, along with 32-foot and 40-foot extension ladders.
- As a technician, you are a key member of our team responsible for the quality and efficient performance of the scheduled and assigned services
- You will also interact with new customers by identifying opportunities to sell additional work
- Exemplifying our code of values, you show respect and courtesy to all customers and employees
- Speak with customers about additional services
