Duties and Responsibilities:
* Supervise crews and verify all work is done to building code and is completed in a high quality manner
* Verify that all crews are following lead safe protocols as needed.
* Hire and recruit new crews
* Verify all jobs are done properly and that all inspections are passed
* Review all job folders and verify work has been completed per our contract.
*You will also be running a crew so you must be proficient in window and door installation
Qualifications:
* Knowledge of full frame and insert vinyl window installations
* Effective problem solving skills
* Experienced in bending metal to wrap windows
* Ability to handle responsibility and pressure of meeting deadlines
* Experience in finish carpentry and framing
* Completed lead safe training
* Clean driving record
* Experience in the construction industry
* Strong leadership and motivational skills
* Strong knowledge of building codes
