Warehouse Specialist
East Stroudsburg, PA 18301
$18 – $30 per hour (based on experience)
Full-time | Overtime may be required
Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Specialist to support daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory handling, order fulfillment, and material movement. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment and is best suited for someone with some prior warehouse experience who is looking to grow their skills.
This position will work under the supervision of a Lead Warehouse Associate. The ideal candidate is reliable, organized, and comfortable working as part of a team.
The ideal candidate will be organized, safety-focused, and with basic computer skills and the ability to read and follow standard order-related and warehouse documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, load, and unload materials and products accurately and efficiently
- Assist with receiving and processing inbound shipments
- Record and update inventory transactions using computer-based systems
- Perform inventory counts and assist with cycle counts as needed
- Inspect materials for accuracy and visible quality issues
- Organize stock and maintain clean and efficient warehouse areas
- Operate scanning devices and inventory tracking tools as required
- Support shipping and receiving activities as assigned
- Follow instructions from the Lead Warehouse Associate and complete assigned tasks accurately
- Perform other related warehouse duties as needed
Requirements
Candidates should have some prior warehouse experience in areas such as picking, packing, receiving, shipping, or general warehouse operations. Some computer skills are preferred.
This role requires the ability to lift, carry, push, and to stand and walk for extended periods during the shift. Candidates must have good attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
A valid state driver’s license is required. Strong reliability, teamwork, and willingness to learn are essential. Forklift experience or certification is a plus.
