Location: Windom, MN

Pay Range: $76,698 - $115,047/yr *Rates offered will reflect applicable experience.

Windom Area Health is seeking a skilled professional to serve as our Specialty Clinics Manager. This position is responsible for the daily operations of our specialty and outreach clinics, including providing support, staff leadership, scheduling, and ensuring high-quality care. The Specialty Clinics Manager will work closely with both clinical and administrative teams to coordinate services across multiple specialties while promoting efficiency, teamwork, and excellent patient experiences. This role also actively supports clinic operations by filling in for clinical staff as needed to help fulfill departmental duties. The ideal candidate must be a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with a minimum of three years of clinical nursing experience. Leadership skills are essential and prior supervisory or management experience are highly preferred. This is a full time position and is primarily Monday through Friday, with occasional commitments during evenings and weekends as needed.
