Windom Area Health is seeking a .3 FTE Registered Nurse to join our team. This position follows a weekend package schedule, working two 12-hour shifts every other weekend. Eligible nurses must be trained in OB, Emergency Department, and Medical/Surgical areas. Weekend package RN’s receive a premium for weekend hours worked (in addition to applicable shift differentials). Nurses may pick up extra shifts at their regular rate of pay, including additional weekend shifts outside the package schedule. Nurses in this role commit to a minimum of 12 months in the weekend package schedule.
