What You’ll Do
As the Receptionist you’ll be responsible for:
In this role, you’ll keep our office running smoothly by welcoming visitors, managing calls, and handling mail. You’ll provide high-level administrative support to the VP of Sales scheduling meetings, coordinating logistics, and preparing materials. You’ll also assist with marketing efforts by organizing promotional items and helping plan events, including but not limited to travel and scheduling details.
What We’re Looking For
In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing a professional and welcoming experience. You’ll manage day-to-day administrative tasks, coordinate communications, and maintain organized records with a high level of accuracy. Using Microsoft Office tools, you’ll support scheduling, correspondence, and reporting needs, all while handling sensitive information with discretion and juggling multiple priorities smoothly.

- Professional First Impressions: Every visitor and caller feels welcomed, valued, and directed promptly, reinforcing the company’s reputation for excellence and professionalism.
- Seamless Administrative Support: Calendars, meetings, and travel for the VP of Sales and VP of Service run smoothly without conflicts, lastminute surprises, or missed details.
- Reliable Information Management: Spreadsheets, contact lists, and records are consistently accurate, organized, and easily accessible for the team.
- Operational Efficiency: Mail, calls, and office coordination are handled promptly, allowing leadership to stay focused on strategic priorities.
- Consistent Professionalism: The receptionist demonstrates a calm, courteous, and solutionoriented demeanor even in busy or highpressure situations.
