We're looking for an experienced Fulfillment Team Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations at our Fontana, CA fulfillment center.

In this role, you'll lead a team responsible for receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory management while ensuring operational efficiency, accuracy, and outstanding service for our clients. You'll work closely with Operations leadership to achieve performance goals, improve processes, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

This is a hands-on leadership position that requires someone who enjoys working on the warehouse floor, coaching teams, solving problems, and optimizing workflows.

• Lead and supervise daily warehouse and fulfillment operations.
• Coordinate order processing to ensure accurate and on-time shipments.
• Assign work, monitor productivity, and balance labor throughout the shift.
• Train, coach, and develop warehouse associates.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures.
• Monitor operational KPIs and identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Investigate and resolve fulfillment, inventory, and shipping issues.
• Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts and inventory control procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet client service levels.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of new employees.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.

• 3 years of experience leading warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics teams.
• High proficiency with ShipHero WMS is required. Candidates must have hands-on experience using ShipHero for:
• Order management
• Inventory control
• Receiving
• Picking and packing workflows
• Shipping operations
• Troubleshooting operational issues
• Reporting and warehouse performance monitoring
• Strong understanding of e-commerce fulfillment operations.
• Experience managing productivity, labor allocation, and daily warehouse workflows.
• Ability to analyze operational data and drive process improvements.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• High attention to detail with a commitment to quality and accuracy.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Experience in a third-party logistics (3PL) environment.
• Experience supporting multiple e-commerce brands.
• Knowledge of carrier shipping platforms and parcel operations.
• Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement experience is a plus.
• Additional education or certifications in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations Management are a plus.

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to safely perform typical warehouse duties in accordance with company safety standards.
