We are seeking a friendly, reliable Breakfast Attendant to join our
hospitality team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing,
presenting, and maintaining the hotels complimentary breakfast buffet
while providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate enjoys
working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in keeping food
areas clean, organized, and well-stocked.
- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Set up the breakfast area each morning and prepare breakfast items
- Ensure food displays are attractive, fresh, and fully stocked during
- Assist co-workers and collaborate with other hotel departments as
- Greeting guests warmly and assist with questions about breakfast
- Respond professionally to guest requests or complaints
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the breakfast area, kitchen,
- Monitor food temperatures and follow health and safety guidelines
- Wash and replenish dishes and utensils
- Clear tables and keep the dining area tidy for guests
- Break down and clean the breakfast area after service
- Report inventory needs and equipment issues to management
- Friendly, customer-focused, and dependable
- Ability to work early morning shifts (starting at 5:00am), weekends,
- Strong attention to cleanliness and detail
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 2540 lbs
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Previous food service or hospitality experience preferred but not
