We are looking for an experienced General Sales Manager with a charismatic personality and great relationship building skills to join our sales team in Fountain, CO. We carry the nation’s best brands such as: Alliance, Grand Design, Keystone, Ember, nuCamp and Forest River.
Job Summary
i. Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual sales performance to meet or exceed sales goals
ii. Develop and execute effective sales strategies to strengthen market share and drive revenue growth
iii. Recruit, onboard, and develop top sales talent to support long-term success and team stability
iv. Ensure consistent use of CRM, follow-up, and sales processes
v. Asist in closing deals.
vi. Provide ongoing coaching, accountability, and performance feedback to elevate individual and team performance
vii. Foster a family-oriented, team-first culture
viii. Oversee RV inventory across locations to ensure the right mix, competitive pricing, and alignment with customer demand
ix. Collaborate with other departments (finance, service and parts) to provide best in class customer service to every customer that walks in the door.
x. Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly, reinforcing trust and long-term relationships
xi. Maintain compliance with all industry regulations and internal policies across all locations
xii. Review and leverage sales reports, forecasts, and key metrics to drive informed decision-making and continuous improvement

i. Previous Sales Manager or GSM experience (RV or automotive preferred)
ii. Strong understanding of deal structure and gross management
iii. Process-driven and KPI-focused
iv. Proven ability to lead and develop a team
v. Comfortable in a performance-based environment
vi. Experience in F&I is preferred but not required
vii. Valid driver’s license
viii. Sales License
Pay: $120,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
