Winding Willows currently offers Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Craniosacral Fascial Therapy, caregiver education, and community-based programming. As we continue to grow, we are building a collaborative environment that supports not only therapy services, but the health and wellbeing of the whole family through education, wellness, and community connection.

ROLE
We are seeking a compassionate and collaborative Occupational Therapist to join our growing team.
This position provides the opportunity to work with children and families in a supportive environment that values individualized care, professional growth, and interdisciplinary collaboration. The therapist will provide evaluations and treatment services, partner with caregivers, collaborate with other providers, and contribute to the continued growth and development of Winding Willows.

QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
- Current Ohio Occupational Therapy License (or eligibility for licensure)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for working with children and families
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
Preferred:
- Experience in pediatrics, early intervention, sensory processing, neurodevelopment, or related practice areas
- Interest in holistic and relationship-based approaches to care
- Desire to participate in program development and community-based programming
- New graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply
