Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position in Oklahoma City, OK, for the role of Land Sales. The primary responsibilities include identifying potential land acquisition opportunities, building and managing relationships with landowners, negotiating land contracts, and coordinating with clients and internal stakeholders to finalize agreements. The role will also involve providing ongoing support to clients, managing sales pipelines, and ensuring the successful transfer and documentation of land-related transactions. Candidates will actively contribute to achieving sales targets while maintaining excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively engage and build relationships with landowners and clients.
- Proven Sales abilities, including identifying opportunities, negotiating terms, and closing deals successfully.
- Experience in Training and Sales Management to coach and guide team members and maintain a high-performing sales function.
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment in Oklahoma City, OK.
- Familiarity with land sales processes, contracts, and industry practices is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
