Child & Adolescent Therapist (1099 Independent Contractor)
Winding Creek Counseling Services is seeking experienced, compassionate therapists with expertise in working with children and adolescents to join our growing group practice. Due to increased demand for services, we are expanding our clinical team to better serve our community.
Our practice provides both in-person and telehealth counseling services to individuals, couples, and families. Clinicians work with clients presenting with a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship and marital issues, school-related challenges, substance use, and other mental health needs.
Position Overview
This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position offering a high degree of flexibility and autonomy. Clinicians have the opportunity to create a schedule that supports both client needs and work-life balance while practicing independently within a collaborative group practice.
Qualifications
Applicants must have:
- A minimum of two years of post-licensure clinical experience, including substantial experience providing therapy to children and adolescents.
- Clinical experience working with a variety of populations and presenting concerns.
- Availability to work 2–3 evenings per week to accommodate client scheduling needs.
- The ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of clinical care.
Requirements
- Current Pennsylvania license as an LPC, LAPC, LCSW, LSW, LMFT, or Licensed Clinical Psychologist
- Current professional liability insurance
- Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
