Candidates for this position will be responsible for following positive behavior support plans, written by a BCBA, to support students behaviorally, socially, and emotionally, as well as provide some academic support in classroom settings when needed.
Applicants with a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential are preferred. Qualified applicants for this position will have two years of college-level education, preferably in the area of early childhood or elementary education. Candidates should have the ability to support behavioral and social skill development in a general education environment, and strong communication, problem-solving, and collaborative skills. Previous experience with Applied Behavior Analysis in a school or home setting is highly preferred.
