We are looking for an inspiring Assistant Principal beginning July 1, 2026. This person works in tandem with the building Principal as a team. Duties include supervising the day-to-day execution of tasks needed to keep our elementary school running smoothly, developing academic programs, hiring and training faculty and staff, and creating and facilitating systems within the school. Additional responsibilities include developing and maintaining positive relationships with families and students, attending school events, scheduling, facilitating the Educational Support Team, and overseeing student discipline.
The ideal candidate will have experience working as a teacher, instructional coach, or as a special educator. Knowledge of and/ or commitment to restorative practices is also helpful, as Academy School has adopted a restorative approach within our community.Please apply via schoolspring.
