Responsibilities:
- Develop creative social media strategies that include various social media platforms, and emerging industry trends and capitalize on the historic data.
- Review content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn and Pinterest.
- Brief clients and internal teams on social media recommendations, trends, strategies and monthly reports.
- Prepare client meeting agendas, manage internal social media projects and coordinate deliverables for approval.
- Lead the internal social media team strategists by reviewing strategies, recommendations and client proposals.
- Oversee the management of all social media channels, including scheduling posts, responding to comments, and engaging with the community.
- Lead the social media influencer program by researching and pitching potential influencers, coordinate contracts, create itineraries, finalize all activities and reservations and be the real-time point of contact for influencers in market.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate social media content and campaigns.
Qualifications:
- 5-7 years experience as a Senior Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
- Demonstrable experience in crafting successful social media campaigns, strategies and reports.
- Experience managing a social media influencer program.
- Understanding of social media metrics; able to interpret the results and take action to increase effectiveness of social media campaigns.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker and problem solver.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Later, Hootsuite, etc.)
- Experience managing projects, briefing clients and leading meetings.
- Graphic design or video editing skills.
- Experience in paid social media advertising (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.)
