- Job Description: Seeking Direct Support Professional/ Caregiver to work in our group homes. This is a Full-Time position, working overnight hours. One must be able to effectively work with persons with developmental disabilities, professional staff, and support staff. Light housekeeping/cleaning while clients are asleep. Support Professionals follow the consumer's behavior support plans, implementation plans, and Windermere Home Care Policies. We are looking for candidates with exceptional communication and organizational skills, who can prioritize and multi-manage. We seek professionals that will demonstrate mature and value-based conduct, with the ability to work independently, with little supervision, but also able to help and assist other staff as needed.
