Shift:
Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-4:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate order of charts
Maintain HIPAA requirements regarding records
Prepare closed records, file current records, and maintain thin charts
Coordinate supply orders with nursing and staff
Inspect and manage supply deliveries
Maintain accurate supply data in software
Distribute supplies efficiently
Record chargeable supply usage
Adhere to infection control procedures

Requirements:
Possess working knowledge of medical terminology
Must be accurate and detail-oriented
Ability to work independently
CNA experience preferred (not required)
Familiarity with nursing home procedures
Ability to interact professionally and compassionately with residents and staff
