What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dietary Porter position at Windemere Park Senior Living Community?
Washes, rinses, and sanitizes dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and small wares.
- Checks stock in, puts stock away.
- Maintains cleanliness of floors, mats, drains, walls, and shelves in the kitchen area.
- Assists with kitchen deliveries including proper storage, organization, and rotation of products and etc.
- Arrives to work station on time, appropriately groomed, dressed and ready to work; works all scheduled shifts and attends required training and meetings.
- Takes out trash.
- Can work tray line on occasion.
- All other duties as assigned.
