Schedule:
- Monday - Friday
- 7am - 3pm
What you will do....
- Oversee the day-to-day management of the unit,
- Train and educate unit employees
- Lead your team with warmth, guidance, and spirit.
- Provide each assigned resident with compassionate, routine nursing care in accordance with their care plan.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, recreation, and meals as needed.
- Support and mentor your fellow CNAs, helping the team thrive.
- Perform other duties as directed by supervisors.
Qualifications:
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in good standing with Arkansas.
- Minimum 10 years of LTC experience.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to relate positively to residents, families, and team members.
- Capable of maintaining regular attendance and meeting local health regulations.
- Physical and sensory requirements: walking, reaching, climbing, bending, lifting, grasping, fine hand coordination, pushing and pulling, ability to hear and respond to pages, communicate verbally and in writing, remain calm under stress, distinguish smells, tastes, and temperatures.
