Tile Installer

We’re looking for a skilled Tile Setter to join our team at Wind River. This role goes beyond tile installation — depending on knowledge and experience, our tile setter may also work with our trim carpenters on cabinet installs, custom built-ins, and finish work. The right candidate is versatile, dependable, and committed to quality craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities

• Install tile for showers, backsplashes, and flooring with precision and attention to detail
• Collaborate with trim carpenters on cabinetry, built-ins, and finishing work as needed
• Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and drawings
• Ensure proper layout, spacing, and alignment of tile projects
• Operate tools and equipment safely and maintain a clean work area
• Work as part of a crew to complete projects on time and to company standards
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, managers, and teammates

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of tiling or finish carpentry experience preferred
• Strong eye for detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to work well as part of a team and follow direction
• Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn new skills
• Strong communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $27.00 per hour
