JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Ensures proper staffing for forecasted volume and budgetary guidelines.
- Responsible for supervising the activities of all bartenders, beverage servers, and bar attendants during a shift, ensuring all functional job duties are performed according to established company policies.
- Ensures excellent guest service.
- Notifies team members of changes in policy and procedure.
- Communicates any problems or concerns to Beverage Manager and other departments as needed.
- Maintains thorough communication between shifts.
- Works with all departments to ensure proper communication.
- Properly fills out all paperwork required for the job.
- Assists in monitoring guest flow and informs management when more labor is needed during peak volume periods and slow periods.
- Resolves team member complaints or disputes or refers the problem to manager.
- Assists trainers in properly training new team members.
- Assists team members in their duties as needed.
- Maintains high sanitation and safety standards.
- Maintains sufficient materials and products in the work location.
- Maintains security of products and areas assigned to department.
- Ensures rotation of products.
- Understands that this is a 24-hour responsibility and is accessible at all times.
- Sets high standards by complying with all departmental rules, policies, and procedures.
- Ensures that all Team Members are treated in a fair and consistent manner.
- Performs any other duties as specified or assigned by the Director or any member of the Executive Management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Possesses complete knowledge of all procedures related to the job.
- Ensures that all guests are treated in a prompt, professional and courteous manner.
- Must possess outstanding interpersonal communications skills to effectively interface with guests and team members.
- Prior experience is preferred as well as a proven track record demonstrating sound judgment and the ability to perform well under pressure.
- Sets standards by being cooperative, helpful and friendly, and by presenting a neat, clean, well-groomed appearance.
- Must be able to use a computer to enter requisitions.
- Must be able to understand and communicate Material Safety Data Sheets to all team members.
- Must attend and pass TIPS (Training for Intervention Procedures).
- Adheres to the Cut Off Procedure and ensures all documentation is completed and turned into Guest Safety, Beverage Manager, and the Director.
- Communicates all concerns and observations to the Manager and Director on the shift report.
- Supports all departments with any requests or assistance.
- Must have successfully completed and maintain certification in “Serv-Safe”(Food Sanitation Management) within 120 days of employment
- Prior supervisory experience preferred.
- Computer literate
- Prior experience in a high-volume outlet preferred.
- Ability to communicate with Team members and guests.
- Ability to be a TEAM player.
- Ability to successfully fulfill the pre-employment process.
- Ability to work flexible shifts and days of the week including holidays.
- Ability to obtain and maintain all necessary licensing.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to affectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organizations.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Basic mathematical skills, such as the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide.
CERTIFICATES & LICENSES:
Must be able to obtain a Wyoming Alcohol Servers Certification.

WORK ENVIRONMENT AND CONDITIONS:
Restaurants/Sportsbook/Hotel Room area. Casino environment exposed to bright lights, noise, smoke, and varied temperatures. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud. Exposed to unrestricted second-hand smoke.
