We currently have an open position for a Laborer to assist in our Install department. Among other things, this position could involve both inside and outside work, lifting heavy objects, and working in confined spaces. This is a full-time, full benefits, M-F day position, with occasional nights and/or weekend work during busy season and on-call rotation.

The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $21.00- $23.00 hourly at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.

- Loading and preparing trucks and equipment for upcoming jobs
- Assisting other crew members as needed at a variety of job sites with multiple pieces of equipment.
Applicants Must:
- Be at least 21 years old
- Reliable and dependable
- History of safe driving
- Be comfortable working outside in all weather conditions
- Must be able to lift 65 pounds often, at least 66% of the time
