Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Account Manager role based in New York, NY. The Account Manager will establish and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met effectively and promptly. Responsibilities include managing client accounts, addressing inquiries, providing support for financial data solutions, and identifying opportunities for upselling or improving client satisfaction. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality services and products to clients.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in client relationship management and strong interpersonal communication skills
- Familiarity with the financial industry, including equity, fixed income, commodities, ESG data, or macroeconomics
- Ability to analyze financial data and provide insights and solutions to clients
- Proficiency in account management, client support, and service optimization
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related fields
- Prior experience in account management or a client-facing role is a plus
- Fluency in Mandarin is a strong advantage
