Internship Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented intern to join our team where you will participate in long-term transmission planning studies to enhance system reliability and efficiency. Interns will assist with data analysis, modeling, and evaluating system upgrades in alignment with WETT’s expansion goals. As an Intern, you will have the chance to work closely with industry experts and gain valuable insights into our transmission infrastructure's operations, maintenance, and planning. Throughout the internship, you will be exposed to various facets of our organization, allowing you to develop essential skills and knowledge in the field.

Qualifications:

• Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or a related field. Preferably a junior or senior.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of the regulated utility industry, transmission systems, and power engineering concepts is a plus.
