POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Demonstrates excellent customer service skills, responds promptly to customer needs, responds to requests for service and assistance.
- Respond to incoming phone calls and patron inquiries, providing clear, accurate, and courteous information.
- Process ticket sales efficiently while proactively upselling to enhance customer experience and maximize revenue.
- Responsible for in-person and phone ticket sales using Ticketmaster for the event center.
- Handles Will-Call according to procedures
- Answers patron questions efficiently and courteously concerning event availability, pricing, seat selection, scheduling, and parking.
- Support Corporate VIP / Suite sales., Membership sales, Group Sales, and hospitality packages.
- Maintain corporate partners database list and maximize Group Sales.
- Resolves guest concerns within scope of authority, escalating when necessary.
- Accurately manages and balances cash drawers with various tender types.
- Works independently and handles most questions without assistance.
- Additional duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
- Excellent communication skills as well as people skills to deal effectively with all business contacts.
- Demonstrates initiative and flexibility.
- Communicates effectively in English, both written and oral forms
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
- Ability to learn and use multiple computing programs related to ticket selling.
- Ability to use computer software and POS systems accurately.
- Advanced communication skills.
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one (1) year of cash handling experience preferred.
- Previous experience in a box office, entertainment venue, or hospitality environment preferred.
- Background in sales preferred.
- Ticketmaster experience preferred.
- Salary Range $16 - $20 an hour based on experience.
