Position Responsibilities
- Set up and service assigned bar or beverage locations before and during events
- Provide efficient, professional, and courteous service to all guests
- Enforce all liquor laws and venue policies, including verifying proper identification and adhering to service limits.
- Accurately process cash, and credit transactions and maintain inventory control sheets
- Verify and account for all liquor, beer, wine, and related inventory before, during, and after shifts
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all bar work areas in accordance with safety and health standards
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment at all times
- Monitor guest consumption and ensure responsible alcohol service practices
- Assist with closing duties including cash reconciliation, cleanup, and restocking
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management or supervisory staff

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
- Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests, staff, and vendors
- Ability to remain calm, use sound judgment, and respond appropriately in high-pressure or high-volume environments
- Knowledge of responsible alcohol service practices, liquor laws, and sanitation standards
- Ability to follow instructions and communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced event environment
- Ability to maintain accuracy while handling cash and inventory in a high-volume setting
- Ability to adapt to changing event conditions and maintain professionalism in loud or high-activity environments
- Strong situational awareness and ability to identify and report safety or compliance concerns
- High School diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
- Minimum one (1) year of high-volume front-of-house or bartending experience preferred.
- Prior experience in hospitality, arena, entertainment venue, or restaurant environment strongly preferred.
