The resulting creation of wealth will grow opportunities for all.Duties and Responsibilities:Completes all pre-, running, and post-shift side-work as directed by the manager or supervisorKeeps work area neat, clean, and free of safety hazardsManages the Reservation Book and calls guests to confirm restaurant reservationsAnswers phones and maintains a professional presence at the restaurant entrance at all timesMaintains a warm and inviting phone demeanor at all timesKnows the menu offerings and hours/days of operationsGreets and welcomes guests in a friendly and professional mannerManages the waiting guests and encourages guests to wait in the Lounge areaSeat guests gracefully and efficiently; Genuinely thank the guests as they leave the restaurantAssists other team members in clearing, cleaning, and resetting tablesCommunicate with the Dining Room team to ensure effective meal service and transition times for guests to ensure guest satisfactionCheerfully accommodates the needs and requests of any guestAssists in the service of beverages, and food as requested.
