The F&B Attendants for the Food Bazaar are also responsible for clearing and re-setting tables. Duties and Responsibilities:Reports to workstation as scheduled in proper uniform and ready to workCompletes all side-work as directed by supervisorKeeps workstation and F&B Attendant area neat, clean, and free of safety hazardsKeeps service stations stocked with needed supplies, glassware, ice, and condimentsGreets guests in a friendly professional mannerEducate guests on all gourmet stations and suggest some of your favorites.Be mindful of all allergies and notify chefs immediately.Check back with guest to ensure they are enjoying their meal, and determine if they have any other needsPre-busses all tables, and takes all used dishes to the dish roomClears tables upon guest departure and resets according to standards in a timely mannerOther duties & responsibilities as assigned Job Requirements: (please ensure you meet the listed requirements prior to applying) High school diploma or GED required or currently enrolled and complete a GED program within six (6) months from the start date as a condition of continued employmentMust be eighteen (18) years of age or olderMust successfully pass job interview, including a guest service auditionAbility to adequately and successfully perform all aspects of this positionWillingness and ability to lift and carry 40 poundsMust possess a high level of maturity, dependability, and punctualityDemonstrated ability to communicate, in English, effectively both verbally and in writingMust successfully pass a job interview, including a guest service auditionMust complete BASSET trainingMust complete ServeSafe Sanitation trainingWilling to work odd and irregular hoursWilling to travel and participate in training as recommended or requiredMust have an Occupational License (or the ability to obtain and maintain a license) pursuant to the Illinois Gaming Act and remain in good standing with the Illinois Gaming Board as a requirement for this position Base Pay:Pay range - $ 15.00 - $18.75 (The base pay will depend factors such as experience level and skillset.)Voluntary full-time benefit offerings include the following - group medical, dental, vision, and life insurance as well as access to a flexible spending account (FSA) option.
