Duties And Responsibilities
- Reports to workstation as scheduled in proper uniform and ready to work
- Completes all side-work as directed by supervisor
- Keeps workstation and F&B Attendant area neat, clean, and free of safety hazards
- Keeps service stations stocked with needed supplies, glassware, ice, and condiments
- Greets guests in a friendly professional manner
- Educate guests on all gourmet stations and suggest some of your favorites.
- Be mindful of all allergies and notify chefs immediately.
- Check back with guest to ensure they are enjoying their meal, and determine if they have any other needs
- Pre-busses all tables, and takes all used dishes to the dish room
- Clears tables upon guest departure and resets according to standards in a timely manner
- Other duties & responsibilities as assigned
- High school diploma or GED required or currently enrolled and complete a GED program within six (6) months from the start date as a condition of continued employment
- Must be eighteen (18) years of age or older
- Must successfully pass job interview, including a guest service audition
- Ability to adequately and successfully perform all aspects of this position
- Willingness and ability to lift and carry 40 pounds
- Must possess a high level of maturity, dependability, and punctuality
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, in English, effectively both verbally and in writing
- Must successfully pass a job interview, including a guest service audition
- Must complete BASSET training
- Must complete ServeSafe Sanitation training
- Willing to work odd and irregular hours
- Willing to travel and participate in training as recommended or required
- Must have an Occupational License (or the ability to obtain and maintain a license) pursuant to the Illinois Gaming Act and remain in good standing with the Illinois Gaming Board as a requirement for this position
- Pay range - $ 15.00 - $18.75 (The base pay will depend factors such as experience level and skillset.)
