JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager Consultant to provide leadership and hands‑on execution support within Financial & Regulatory Reporting.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
- Public accounting experience
- Audit coordination & leadership
- Technical accounting (U.S. GAAP)
- Financial reporting & disclosures
- Regulatory reporting
- Risk assessment & ICFR
- Ad hoc project leadership
- Overall Senior Manager fit
Responsibilities
- Provide hands‑on leadership for technical accounting policy interpretation and issue resolution.
- Support external financial reporting, audit coordination, and related governance activities.
- Lead or support financial regulatory reporting and examination responses.
- Act as an interim advisor bridging Accounting and Business Finance on complex technical and regulatory matters.
- Contribute to foundational design and early execution for the ICFR Center of Enablement.
- There are no other shortfalls in teams’ resourcing, and associates include manager are all well-tenured.
- June 30 yearend.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in technical accounting, external financial reporting, and regulatory environments.
- Ability to integrate quickly, operate independently, and deliver results with minimal ramp‑up.
- Strong professional judgment, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Systems used primarily include Workiva for reporting, SAP for Accounting Regulators include FINRA, OCC and others (PREFERRED)

- The consultant will model professionalism, collaboration, accountability, and a strong focus on quality delivery and knowledge transfer.
Salary : $110 - $130
