WinChoice is growing, and we’re looking for two talented Recruiters to join our team and help us find the people who will help take our company to the next level. We’re looking for recruiters who don't just post jobs and wait for applications. We want people who know how to find talent, build relationships, think outside the box, and create recruiting strategies that work.

About the Role

You’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact at WinChoice by building talent pipelines, partnering with leaders, improving our recruiting processes, and helping us create an exceptional experience for candidates from their first interaction with us through the hiring process. We have two Recruiter opportunities available, each with a different area of focus:

• Recruiter – W-2 Employees: This Recruiter will own recruiting for WinChoice’s W-2 workforce, supporting hiring needs across our manufacturing plant, call center, and other areas of the business. This role will work closely with hiring managers and department leaders while helping build and improve our overall W-2 recruiting strategy and processes.
• Recruiter – Independent Contractors: This Recruiter will focus on building WinChoice’s network of independent contractor Sales Representatives and Installers across our markets. This role will focus heavily on sourcing, relationship building, creative recruiting strategies, and partnering with field leadership to build strong contractor pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Find great talent through Indeed, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, networking, industry organizations, and other creative sourcing strategies.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines so we’re prepared to meet both current and future hiring needs.
• Create compelling job advertisements and recruiting opportunities that attract the right candidates.
• Screen and interview candidates and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and leadership.
• Partner with leaders to understand staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies that meet those needs.
• Manage candidates through our ATS and help improve recruiting workflows and processes.
• Track recruiting activity and results to understand what’s working and where we can improve.
• Help leaders become better interviewers by providing guidance on interviewing, candidate evaluation, and selection.
• Build relationships in the community with colleges, trade schools, career centers, industry organizations, and other recruiting partners.
• Represent WinChoice at job fairs, career events, networking events, trade shows, and other community opportunities.
• Partner with HR and Marketing to create a consistent, professional candidate experience and strengthen WinChoice’s employer brand.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of recruiting experience; 5 years preferred for the W-2 Recruiter.
• Strong full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience using an ATS and recruiting platforms such as Indeed and LinkedIn.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with proactive candidate sourcing and talent pipeline development.
• Strong organization and follow-through.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers, department leaders, or field leadership.
• Ability to work independently while being a strong team player.
• A professional, positive, and energetic approach.
• Knowledge of interviewing best practices and employment compliance.
• Experience recruiting for sales, manufacturing, installation, skilled trades, call centers, or field-based positions is a plus.
