The Junior Sales Rep is an entry-level outside sales professional responsible for presenting WinChoice replacement windows to homeowners in Memphis. Key Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners in their homes to present and demonstrate WinChoice replacement windows
- Assist customers in selecting window styles and explain the advantages of WinChoice products
- Guide customers through measurements, pricing, and the purchase process
- Prepare accurate and detailed estimates during appointments
- Manage a schedule of up to 18 appointments per week set by the marketing team
- Travel efficiently between appointments within the Memphis area
- Maintain high standards of professionalism and customer service throughout each interaction
Required Qualifications
- Reside in the Memphis area with reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- No prior sales experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
- Basic math skills for preparing estimates
- Self-motivated, coachable, and able to work independently
