Appointment Setter– Roofing Division

Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Appointment Setter to join our Roofing Division. In this dynamic role, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, leveraging your excellent communication skills and sales expertise to generate qualified appointments for our roofing specialists. Your proactive approach and ability to engage prospects through warm calling and consultative selling will drive growth and help us deliver exceptional service to homeowners and commercial clients alike. Duties

• Conduct outbound calls using CRM software and sales automation tools to engage prospective clients in the roofing market
• Utilize consultative selling techniques to identify customer needs and present tailored roofing solutions
• Manage inbound inquiries promptly, providing exceptional customer service and information about our roofing services
• Schedule appointments for roofing consultants, ensuring accurate data entry within Salesforce or other CRM systems
• Maintain a high level of professionalism during client communication, establishing rapport and trust
• Track call outcomes, follow-up activities, and appointment details meticulously in the CRM system
• Collaborate with the sales team to optimize outreach strategies and improve deal closing rates

Qualifications

• Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or outbound calling, preferably within technology sales or B2B environments
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to handle objections confidently and close deals effectively
• Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms; proficiency in CRM system management is highly desirable
• Experience with sales automation technologies and sales technology adoption processes
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with a professional phone presence
• Demonstrated ability to perform warm calling and build rapport quickly with prospects
• Technical sales experience or knowledge of construction or roofing industries is a plus but not required

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
