Winchester Terrace is currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team on a full-time or part-time basis on the 7p to 7a shift. As a well-established skilled nursing facility, we are committed to delivering exceptional long-term and rehabilitative care to our residents in a warm, supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality nursing care in accordance with individual care plans
- Monitor and document residents' health conditions and communicate changes to medical staff and families
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure the best possible outcomes
- foster a respectful and supportive setting for residents and their families
Qualifications:
- Active RN or LPN license in the state of Ohio
- Prior experience in a skilled nursing, long-term care, or healthcare setting is preferred but not required
- Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
- Compassionate approach and genuine desire to improve the lives of seniors
