Qualifications for LPN:
Current unencumbered State of Massachusetts LPN license
Strong communication skills to communicate with Residents, Families and Staff
Critical thinking skills
The ability to handle different situations with tact
Responsibilities for LPN:
Supervision of CNA staff on assigned unit
The delivery of care in accordance with Facility protocol and safe nursing practices
