Position Overview
We are seeking a full-time Referral Coordinator to join our team. This is a high-volume, detail-driven role responsible for coordinating patient referrals, managing insurance requirements, and ensuring seamless communication between patients, providers, and specialists.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule referral appointments with specialists and facilities
- Obtain and manage insurance prior authorizations for medications and procedures
- Communicate with patients, providers, and insurance companies to ensure timely care
- Verify insurance coverage and eligibility prior to appointments
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Handle incoming calls, messages, and emails related to referrals
- Ensure all referral documentation is complete and properly transmitted
