Job Overview
We are seeking a Marketing and Community Resource Director to:
Develop and implement marketing and community outreach plans
Build relationships with hospitals, rehabilitation centers, physicians, senior centers and referral sources.
Coordinate tours for prospective residents and families
Manage community engagement activities and local networking opportunities
Maintain and update the website and social media platforms
Track referrals and occupancy goals
Represent WMVH in a professional and compassionate manner.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Healthcare administration or related field preferred.
Minimum of 1 year experience in senior living, assisted living, healthcare or long-term care
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with social media and website management
Pay: $38,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Winchester, MA 01890
