Position Summary:
As our planner, you will be a part of a unified and diverse team, collaborating within and outside of the department to maintain a strong production schedule. You will have the opportunity to be a key contributor to a positive customer experience.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from a four-year college or university is preferred; 3-5 five years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- On-the-job and professional training seminars may qualify as related experience. In-house promotions must have held the junior planner position for more than 12 months
- Proficiency in the following:
- ERP knowledge and proficient in use
- Manufacturing knowledge preferred
- Monitor incoming orders, supply chain problems, market changes, and inventory issues to
- Monitor material flow and identify shortages or bottlenecks
- Plans, schedules, and coordinates the flow of products through the complete production cycle
- Create a production schedule for materials and resources
- Ability to gather data, analyze, and present metrics for the department
- Responds well to questions, with clear, precise answers. Participates regularly in meetings;
- Ability to communicate and collaborate with all levels of management and personnel

Pay Transparency:
Winchester Interconnect Corporation is committed to pay transparency. The pay range for this position is (70,000-80,000) per year, plus incentive compensation. Exact salary will be contingent upon your experience, education, skills, and any other factors Winchester Interconnect Corporation considers relevant to the hiring decision.
