What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Internship Program Advisor position at Winchester High School?
WHS is seeking an Advisor to oversee the Senior Internship program. This person would work closely with the Administrative Team to:
- plan the timeline for internship deadlines and meetings;
- hold information sessions for students and families;
- distribute the internship handbook to students, families, faculty advisors, and site supervisors;
- communicate with students and families about deadlines for the internship process;
- collect and monitor student submissions, and help determine eligibility for participation;
- review site placement and contact site supervisors as appropriate;
- assign students to faculty advisors;
- oversee the internship google classroom;
- and other duties as assigned by the administration
The ideal candidate for this role is highly organized and pays strict attention to detail. This person will work with the building administrative team and faculty, students, and community organizations.
Stipend: $3500
