What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dental Front desk receptionist position at Winchester Dental Studio?
Our office is seeking a Front desk receptionist to join our team. We are looking for a highly responsible, friendly and organized staff member with great communication skills and professional attitude to fill this position. Our office is state of the art and our main focus is patient care.
Requirements:- Dental experience required.- Excellent phone skills, must be comfortable making recall/reminder calls- Customer service focused.- Enthusiastic about helping patients schedule their dental needs.- Eaglesoft experience preferred
Responsibilities:- Treatment Planning, Posting checks, Greet and assist patients in person and via the telephone.- Check patients in and out- Update patient charts and patient accounts.- Schedule and confirm patient appointments.- Explain payment options, collect and record payments from patients.- Process new patient paperwork.-Verify patient insurance eligibility.-Establish and maintain patient call list.
