What You'll Do
- Perform all aspects of residential and commercial wood framing
- Install and work with prefabricated framing components
- Work independently while contributing to a productive team environment
- Follow safety procedures and work at heights using fall protection systems
- Maintain quality workmanship while meeting production goals
- Demonstrate dependable attendance and punctuality
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of framing, carpentry, or woodworking experience
- Ability to read and accurately interpret blueprints
- Proficient with hand and power tools
- Must be fully equipped with required tools, including
- Hand tools
- Corded and/or cordless power tools
- Ability to accurately read a tape measure
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Comfortable working at heights and in various outdoor conditions
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong work ethic
- Reliable attendance is required

- Standing for extended periods
- Kneeling, bending, twisting, stooping, and reaching
- Working overhead
- Lifting and carrying materials weighing 75 pounds
- Climbing and working at elevated heights
