We are hiring:
- Licensed Professional Counselors
- Provisionally Licensed Clinicians
- Recent Master's graduates in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or other approved degrees.
West Virginia Board-approved clinical supervision is available for eligible clinicians working toward s licensure.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual, family, and group counseling services
- Work with children, adolescents, and adults
- Complete clinical assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and other required documentation
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team
- Assist clients in identifying strengths, setting treatment goals, developing action plans, and building healthy coping skills
- Provide evidence-based, client-centered care using a holistic approach
Populations and Clinical Areas
Clinicians may provide treatment for:
- Depression and anxiety
- Trauma and PTSD
- Substance use disorders
- ADHD and behavioral concerns
- Anger management
- Family and relationship issues
- Self-esteem and identity concerns
- Stress management
- Crisis intervention and stabilization
- Suicidal ideation and safety planning
- Other mental health and behavioral concerns
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field
- Licensed or license-eligible in West Virginia (or actively pursuing licensure)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a treatment team
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are encouraged to apply
