Position Summary
We are looking for a full-function HR professional to support our U.S. operations, with a strong focus on Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development, while partnering closely with the HQ HR team to execute global HR strategies.
This role plays a key part in bridging local HR execution and global HR initiatives in a multinational environment.
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Talent Acquisition, including workforce planning, sourcing, interviews, and offer management.
- Partner with hiring managers and external recruiters to deliver timely and quality hiring results.
- Support and execute Learning & Development initiatives, including onboarding, training programs, and capability development aligned with global frameworks.
- Act as the primary HR contact for employee relations, performance management, and policy guidance, ensuring compliance with U.S. labor laws.
- Partner with HQ/global HR teams to support global HR strategies, cross-region projects, and talent initiatives.
Secondary Responsibilities – Human Resources Support
- Support HR operations such as engagement initiatives, internal communication, and coordination with payroll/benefits vendors/performance review cycles, and other HR initiatives as needed.
- Support compliance with employment laws, company policies, and internal audits.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- 5–10 years of HR experience covering full-function HR, with strong emphasis on recruitment and learning & development.
- Solid knowledge of U.S. labor laws and HR practices.
- Experience working in a multinational or matrix organization.
- Effective communication skills in English; able to collaborate effectively with global stakeholders.
Preferred
- Experience supporting a global HQ or Asia-based parent company.
- Background in technology, semiconductor, or manufacturing industries.
- Exposure to global HR initiatives, ESG, or DEI programs.
Compensation & Benefits (California Pay Transparency)
The expected base salary range for this position in San Jose, California is $93,498 - $126,096 per year, with actual compensation determined based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. This role is aligned to Radford Job Code HR.GLGL.P4 at the P4 advanced individual contributor level and is positioned at approximately the 50th percentile of Bay Area semiconductor customer operations market data.
The position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) plan with company match, and paid time off, holidays, and sick leave in accordance with California law.
