Job Summary (UI Architect)
- Define and lead the front-end architecture, focusing on React.js and modern design principles.
- Develop reusable UI components and implement micro frontend strategies.
- Collaborate closely with back-end engineers for seamless integration with Java/Spring Boot APIs.
- Establish and enforce coding standards, design guidelines, and UI performance metrics.
- Support and optimize DevOps and CI/CD processes for front-end deployments.
- Mentor and provide technical leadership to the UI development team.
- Ensure accessibility standards and responsive design are met.
- Leverage experience with modern front-end technologies, build tools, testing libraries, and version control systems.
- Preferably, bring experience with enterprise-level UI frameworks, micro frontends, cloud services, and Agile/DevOps environments.
