Overview
We are seeking a senior-level Project Manager to lead a critical enterprise initiative:
- Data Governance Multiphase Program
- Phase 1: Published remediated data from MDM system through integrations to Power BI and Transactions and Investments Workflows in Dealpath (Completed)
- Phase 2: Properties workflows in Dealpath and UW metrics (Completed)
- Phase 3: Loans and Capital Pools workflows in Dealpath tool (Current focus – kicking off)
- You will collaborate closely with an experienced Program Manager who has been driving this initiative.
- Systems: Dealpath, Reltio, PowerBI, Mulesoft
- Other Data & Analytics (Reporting/Visualization) Initiatives, as availability allows
- Systems: Snowflake, Cherre, PowerBI
- Project Management & Reporting: Maintain RAID logs, build/manage project plans, manage risks, and hold teams accountable.
- Vendor Management: (Dealpath) and coordination with internal cross-sector teams.
- Test Cycle Management
- Business Analysis / Documentation Support, as needed
- Real Estate industry experience (strongly preferred).
- Highly organized and analytical, with expertise in data governance, taxonomies, and master data.
- Strong meeting facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with PowerBI, Reltio, Dealpath, or similar master data management and workflow tools (preferred).
- Experience leading workflow tool implementations (required).
- Superuser-level Experience in Work Management Tools (Jira, Asana, Monday.com or similar)
- Business-IT Translator: Ability to understand true business needs and translate them into IT solutions, driving changes effectively.
- Curiosity & Problem-Solving: Ask “why” from both technical and human perspectives; dig into root causes and system limitations.
- Creative Thinking: Suggest alternative solutions when faced with technical or business constraints.
- Hands-On Approach: Willing to dive into data analytics or root cause assessments rather than just directing others.
