⭐ Job Summary

We are seeking an entry-level Data Analyst (CPT/OPT eligible) to support data processing, reporting, dashboard creation, and analytical insights.

This individual will analyze business datasets, identify trends, and help improve decision-making across the organization.

⭐ Key Responsibilities

• Collect, validate, and clean datasets using Excel, SQL, or Python.
• Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI or Tableau.
• Perform Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) to identify patterns and correlations.
• Support data-driven business decisions through insights and recommendations.
• Maintain reports, KPIs, and performance tracking sheets.
• Collaborate with business teams to understand reporting needs.
• Present data findings with charts, visualizations, and summaries.
• Maintain documentation of datasets, sources, and workflows.
  
  

⭐ Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Statistics, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Basic Analytics).
• Ability to write SQL queries for data extraction and analysis.
• Hands-on experience with Python (Pandas, NumPy) for basic analytics.
• Strong analytical reasoning and ability to interpret data.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting insights.
• Attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
  
  

⭐ Preferred Skills (Good-to-Have)

• Experience with Power BI or Tableau for dashboard creation.
• Knowledge of forecasting, regression, and statistical modelling.
• Familiarity with cloud systems (AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus.
• Knowledge of ETL concepts/data pipelines.
