Job Summary (List Format) – SAP CRM Functional Consultant
- Duration: 6-12 months, onsite in Mason, OH (2-3 positions available)
- Operation Hours: 8 am to 5 pm EST
- Visa: Only H4Ead
- Client: MasterCard (Relocation accepted)
- Responsible for analyzing business requirements and translating them into SAP CRM solutions within S/4 HANA.
- Configure and implement SAP CRM functionalities, ensuring proper integration with other systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless business processes.
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and resolution of CRM-related issues.
- Assist in user training sessions and prepare relevant documentation.
- Requires proven experience with SAP CRM and S/4 HANA.
- Familiarity with Field Service Management (FSM) is preferred but not required.
- Must possess strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Relevant SAP certification(s) are advantageous.
