🔹 Must Have:
✔️ 10 years Mobile Dev 2 years Lead experience
✔️ Strong React Native React iOS Android
✔️ Brownfield Integrations / Micro-frontend architecture
✔️ Expo/EAS, JavaScript/TypeScript
✔️ Swift / Kotlin / Native Modules
✔️ State Management (Redux, Zustand, etc.)
🔹 Key Focus:
• Cross-platform architecture & performance
• Bridging React Native with native iOS/Android
• Technical leadership & mentoring
